Taylor Adams is a real estate development and advisory firm that specializes in structuring and executing Public-Private Partnership projects on behalf of our partners and clients. Our team has a diverse skill set, including leadership experience in real estate development, politics, and government that creates a unique platform to solve problems specific to Public-Private Partnerships. Each project presents a unique set of challenges, so we create an implementation strategy based on the specific dynamics of each project taking into account policy goals, community concerns, economic impact, financial feasibility, approval process, and political support. Our expertise in working with diverse communities, institutions and governments allows us to creatively structure transactions that are approvable and maximize value.

David Jannarone

Managing Partner

David A. Jannarone serves as Managing Partner for Taylor Adams Associates.  Mr. Jannarone specializes in public-private partnership transactions and is experienced in real estate development, government operations, and construction management.  He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, which include real estate consulting, advisory, owner’s representation, and project management for complex real estate projects on behalf of our partners and clients.

Mr. Jannarone served as Senior Vice President with Hunt Development Group.  His duties with Hunt included sourcing new business and structuring real estate transactions through the Public-Private Venture Division. He was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of real estate development projects for Hunt Development Group, its partners and clients.  His activities included both development and investment for many different deal types including Enhanced Use Leases, Build-to-lease for medical facilities, Build-to-lease for GSA office space, Student Housing, and Affordable Housing. 

Mr. Jannarone was also an appointee under Mayor Adrian Fenty in Washington, D.C. During the Fenty Administration his roles included serving as Interim Chief Operating Officer for the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and as Director of Development in the Deputy Mayor’s Office for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED).
