The Solstice 2, Washington DC

Development: Co-Developer of the Solstice, a former strip shopping center redeveloped into a 137 unit mixed-income residential project. The project is affordable for residents making 60% of AMI or below, including 15 permanent supportive housing units (PSH). The project is financed in partnership with the District of Columbia including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), a Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) loan, and Local Rent Supplement Vouchers (LRSP).
